USB not working.

Ok so I recently bought parts for the new computer I built. When I turned on the PC for the first time the monitor never displayed anything and the USB ports did not detect my mouse or keyboard. PLEASE HELP!

Everyone seem to have this problem with new built computers now what the heck is going on😀 I fixed it by unplugging everything but monitor and psu,resetting cmos and booting up with ram in other slot with only one stick.If it works turn the pc off connect and plug everything back and youre good to go

Haha thats okay Take the pc and leave just cable to graphics card so u can see something on the screen,disconnect mouse,keyboard,headphones and psu and that kind of stuff.Btw are you sure you got all cables connected? i made this mistake ones that i forgot to connect the cpu 4pin connector http://oi44.tinypic.com/jtkves.jpg
reset CMOS by removing the motherboard battery for one minute and then plugging it back in http://pctechnotes.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/remove-battery.jpg , http://pctechnotes.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/cmos_battery1.jpg , Remove 1 RAM ,connect the power supply and turn on the pc.If it works.turn everything off put everything back and enjoy let me know what happened

It will not boot without any RAM in it.

You cant boot without ram.
