[SOLVED] USB Overcurrent Detected

Good day everyone,

If somebody can help me I will be more than grateful.

My problem is the following:
I built my PC three years ago. Until yesterday, that I've been having this USB Overcurrent Detected showing on my post screen.
After reading some guides here and there, I tried troubleshooting all of my USB ports on the back of my motherboard (it has 4 and I don't use nor have connected any extras from the case or anything), but I found two culprits so far.
Whenever I connect my gaming mouse on all the USB ports my motherboard has, the Overcurrent message shows everytime and the PC shutdowns.
Whenever I connect my Keyboard on all the 4 ports except 1, the message doesn't show.
My mother board has 2 USB 3.0 and 2 2.0 if I'm not mistaken.
Mouse is a Redragon M901,
Keyboard is a Redragon K552,
Mobo is an Asus B150i Pro Gaming Aura Wifi.
I also use a gaming headset from a different brand but I didn't find any problem with it so far whenever I connected it to any of the USB ports.
Tried another mouse (non-gamer), worked fine on any of the four ports.
Connected the headset and NG mouse at the same time on all of the ports, everything worked fine.

The Redragon gamer mouse and keyboard worked fine on a laptop that I have, so it's strange to me that they are not working on my Desktop, in case that brand is the problem.
I don't know if it could be the motherboard either.
I've had the same Redragon mouse for 3 years, the keyboard I had to replace 8 months ago because my previous one which was a Cougar, started misbehaving.

I don't know what else to do or what could be causing this problem? And I don't want to act before I have a clear answer from a more knowledgeable.

Thanks for your time!

cougar? Isn't that an animal term or a derogatory term for people?

Did the problem start right after this cougar incident ?
Pretty sure the humor got lost here.
