2 Months ago I bought the Sades A60/OMG headset. I was building a gaming PC but I still wanted to test it out, when I plugged it into my Windows 10 laptop, no trouble, it started to work, month later, I built my PC and started trying to use it on there and it won't work at all. I go to device manager and it says it needs drivers, but on my laptop it says it requires no drivers. I contacted the Manufacturer, Microsoft support, and nothing. Please help if you can.

OK. If you are hearing the connection sound with every USB port you are plugging the headset into and it's still not showing up in the Sound window, what I would recommend is running Windows Update to make sure you are completely up to date. Reboot your computer and then install the drivers you downloaded previously one more time (the setup application file your extracted)

If this driver install states something like. "No Device Located", then there is a problem with your USB ports.
A) If the headset is connected to the front USB ports, then you should check the USB connections from the front USB of your case to the motherboard. If the connection if correct, then it's possible your case is faulty. Test with another USB device (flash drive). If that device works, then it's likely a headset issue. If that other device does not work, then it's likely a motherboard issue.

B) If the headset is connected to the rear USB ports and it's still not appearing in your sound window, then it is likely an issue with the motherboard/drivers.

1) Reboot your computer and try each rear USB 2.0 port once again.
2) If all of the above fails, reinstall the drivers RE-downloaded from the MSI web site. Once installed, reboot and test each port again.
3) Format and reinstall Windows. Then reinstall the drivers Re-Downloaded from the MSI web site.
4) If after all the above and the headset still does not work from any USB port, then you should consider an RMA of the motherboard.
