USB PORT dead and no way to start up pc

Heyo guys I was hoping for some quick help, this probably hasn't happened to many of u but basically my pc is up and running, the fans, cpu, gpu but basically to install windows I'm using a USB key, and well not a single one of my usb ports work, meaning that I can't physically access windows and my monitor reads no signal, if anyone could help I'd appreciate it.

Enter the bios and make sure USB Legacy /1.1/ 2.x support are turned on and check your ports again.
Without yous systems specs & OS version, we won't be of much further help though.

I can't enter bios because there is no display when I turn on the PC, everything seems fine= CPU, graphics card, RAM, but I can't access anything on the computer because nothing appears on display... I think the motherboard might be a defect product....
