Question USB Port keeps connecting / disconnecting but nothing is plugged in. Help?

So my Hub 2 Port 4 (I located it using USBdeview) keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, but nothing is plugged in. Is it hardware malfunction or software?

Go into device manager and take a look at your USB devices and uninstall + reinstall the drivers.
