I have a razer deathadder chroma which doesn't work on my newly built pc.

I have tried using the mouse with other computers and laptops and it works completely fine.

On the otherhand my pc will work with any usb device in any port. I have tried every port and unticked the save power in the device manager usb hub tab.

I need serious help, I have searched online for ages couldn't find a single thing.

Does the mouse work as is when you'e in BIOS? If so then the issue can be confined to the OS or the lack of drivers. I'm curious though, when you state that this is a new build, could you list your fulls system's specs and your OS? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Peripherals:

You might also need to state what sort of USB device's you've used to rule that the ports aren't faulty.

The mouse doesn't work in the bios usually the light will turn it once plugged in but that doesn't even happen.
