I've had this problem before but it wasn't much of an issue up until this point.
My USB port is being given a constant power to all my USB ports and I did not really mind it up until I got an LED strip for the inside of my computer which is powered by being plugged in via USB
If the issue was not clear, the LED strip is constantly being fed power which keeps it on until either
a) the power supply switch is flipped
or b) the USB powering the LED strip is unplugged.
Is there any way I can turn off my computer and not have to worry about unplugging it or flipping the power supply switch to turn these LEDs off? Any help would be nice.
Basic specs:
MSI 970 gaming motherboard
Asus GTX 970 Strix
AMD FX 8350
