USB Ports not working/ qcode 00/ fail post test

I've updated bios , checked all my plugs/ no beeps and my screen isnt showing anything..
also my usb ports work for 1-2 seconds and stops
can anyone text message me and help me fix it? I'll send you a few bucks on paypal..
I'm not able to post pictures on here since it takes forever

Seriously, take everything apart and build it on a bench. Reseat cpu too.

should i rebuild it without the case? ive read on another persons post that it was their cpu problem..but my usb ports are also nnot working

yes do it without the case--usb is secondary issue until you can actually get it to boot--if you can that is

strip it down--take out cpu carefully --look at the pins to see if any are bent/out of line

if you have to rma just wipe the thermal paste off with a lint free cloth

should i connect the cpu h100i cooler or no while rebuilding it out the case

then if that looks ok put cpu back in--yes you must use a cooler

i think its either the cpu or the cpu socket--bent pins being a good possibility

oh i see it /am i suppose to plug it in or not needed

lol--yes if its not plugged in it gives the symptom that theres something wrong with your cpu

which connector do i use? will it solve my problem?

it probably will solve it as long as you did everything else right

your psu should have the connector--do you know the make and model number of the psu?

and i have 2 more connectors i didnt plug in also thats attached the the case
its called Vcc+ and s/w logo i think its for my case led right? i have a nzxt h440

s/w logo i would guess is for the case led

vcc+ not sure--is that a smallish rectangular connector?

i would guess thats either a usb 2.0 connector or hd audio connector

if you have some usb 2.0 ports on front/top of case did you already connect those--would be a seperate connector from the usb 3.0 ports

if its usb 2.0 connector it could explain why you are having usb port issues

yea i connected those 2.0 and 3.0 ports on top of case..
so what in the world is that one for
