USB Ports not working/ qcode 00/ fail post test

I've updated bios , checked all my plugs/ no beeps and my screen isnt showing anything..
also my usb ports work for 1-2 seconds and stops
can anyone text message me and help me fix it? I'll send you a few bucks on paypal..
I'm not able to post pictures on here since it takes forever

s/w logo i would guess is for the case led

vcc+ not sure--is that a smallish rectangular connector?

yea it is

i would guess thats either a usb 2.0 connector or hd audio connector

if you have some usb 2.0 ports on front/top of case did you already connect those--would be a seperate connector from the usb 3.0 ports

yea i connected those 2.0 and 3.0 ports on top of case..
so what in the world is that one for

its going to be hd audio--unless you put hd audio in the usb 2.0 port

you dont plug eps 12v in the gpu you plug in pci-e cable

they are seperate each one has 4 connectors on it. i cant find the 8pin lol

ok on that image of your board there are only 2 places you connect from the psu

down the bottom just right of centre 24 pin

to the far right and up near top corner 8 pin

ohmy i think im holding the 8-pin in tiny lets on the wire it says CPU 300w etc

that sounds possible--it wont fit in if its the wrong cable and the only other 8 pin should have pci-e written on it

first thing in bios check cpu temperature before doing anything else

what should the cpu temp be

dont know what cpu it is--but in the bios it will be a bit higher

probably in the 30--40c range but if you sit in the bios for 5--10 minutes and it doesnt climb over 50c then you know you installed the cooler ok
