Question USB Ports not working

I've been having this problem for a while now, it consists of my USB ports not working... I have even reseted my PC using the windows tool and nothing seems to work. The problem is that only the blue USB ports are working ( USB 3.0 SuperSpeed ports ), the red and black ones aren't ( USB 3.2 and USB 2x High Speed ). What happens is that when I plug anything in it, it just doesn't work, it doesn't make any noise when plugged in or anything like it... I really need help with this as I'm struggling a lot having only 3 ports to use all my hardware.

If there is anything I missed please inform me so I can reply.

Hey, my OS is the Windows 10. And I just reinstalled everything to see if something would change but still nothing. What I've just reinstalled was the AMD chipset driver and the version 4901 of the BIOS update. So yeah, latest everything so far.
