[SOLVED] USB ports work in bios but not windows.

I upgraded my mother board to a Z390 A Pro, my CPU to an I5 9600K, and my ram to Corsair 16 GB (8x2) 3000mhz yesterday. My mouse and keyboard works in bios but not windows. I am assuming I just need to install the motherboard drivers, but I can't really do that when I can't even sign onto windows. All of the USB options are enabled in bios (USB Controller, XHCI Hand-Off, and Legacy USB support). I tried disabling XHCI Hanx-Off and that lit up my LED on my keyboard and mouse, but windows still wouldn't receive input. Thanks for any help!

Found the solution, you can't use this motherboard with windows 7 because the USB ports won't work. I upgraded to Windows 10 and it is working fine now.
