USB Power Problems

Please help. My new pc has USB problems, every time I start up my new pc the USB items will randomly shut off then restart. I have already changed the power plan and stopped the USB root hub stuff. Not sure what else to do. I have the most up-to-date Bios, and already cleared CMOS.

Intel i7-6850k CPU
Asus deluxe 2 motherboard
Corsair h100i v2 CPU cooler
Corsair vengeance LPX 2x8 2400 MHz
GeForce gtx 1080
2 Samsung ssd 1 250gb 1 500gb
Asus disk reader
Corsair 750 watt psu

About the only thing you can do is make sure there are no shorts on the case, motherboard and power plugs from PSU to mobo are all in properly. All stand-offs in the case and on the motherboard in the right spots? No loose wires touching motherboard or case?

Outside of that check with ASUS support for a possible exchange. If you have a low end Corsair PSU that may be an issue also, i7 and a 1080 build would require pretty stable power.
