Ryzen 3200g, gigabyte a320m-h , 1x8gb ram, 600w psu, 120gb and 250gb ssd

Things connected are mouse, keyboard, usb mic, printer and bluetooth adapter (front panel). I don't why I'm getting this, could this be a psu or motherboard problem? Tried disconnecting the peripherals and it's still the same. Tried to use a different keyboard and mouse, still getting errors. Tried uninstalling the usb driver, no fix. I can't even remove the mouse cause I won't be able to click on the error note. edit: tried reinstalling cmos battery, still the same.

Ryzen 3000 and 5000 series chips are well known for having problems with their USB controllers. Often you will notice peripherals randomly disconnect and stop working. Make sure that you are running the latest BIOS your motherboard supports, as this issue has likely been fixed awhile ago. To update your motherboard BIOS, simply search for your motherboard and its drivers. You will need to install the provided files onto a USB stick that is formatted to FAT32. Then, select the stick as your boot device and it should begin updating.

A few words of caution, triple check that your motherboard model matches the model on the website. Ensure you are installing the correct file for the correct motherboard. Also, if the power goes out while updating your BIOS, it can brick your motherboard. Do not update your BIOS while there is bad weather, and hook your computer up to a backup battery if available. Hope this helped, take care.

My bios version is from 2019 should I update to the very latest like 2023? or 2022 should be enough?

just updated my bios to the 2nd latest, just incase the very latest has issues. I'm gonna observe this for a couple of minutes or hours if the error still shows up (edit: my printer printed, when the error kept showing it wouldn't print, so ig this is a good sign)
