I have following setup:

ASUS AC68U - it has print server facility.

Ricoh sp111 USB printer.

I want printer to be used via ROUTER as an Wifi device so that I can print directly from phone without turning on Desktop.

I have connected Printer to USB port on Router, Router recognises it and when I have my laptop connected wirelessly to router, windows detect the printer and can print.

Can I do same with android device i.e. discovering printer Wirelessly over Android device?

Yes , as such there is no such advanced settings but whatever settings are there, I went through all, yet Android devices can't find printer over wifi , while laptop can

well I am going to helpt you as far as reading page 23 of your user manual which you can find at this lovely web site and you can follow instructions on setting it up for your printer via usb to your router

ok I have a Samsung laser printer in a similar setup, works for pc and did not for phones, until I loaded an android app from Samsung to print to it, I looked for something similar for your Ricoh

maybe try this app for your phone to permit printing on your Ricoh printer
