Usb problems with amd fx-8350

I upgraded my amd processor from phenom II x4 965 to fx-8350.
When booting, everything seems to be ok for a couple of minutes then all usb-ports freeze.
I can operate in bios settings environment "forever" but after starting windows 10 or ubuntu or even reinstalling operating system all usb ports freeze, mouse and keyboard stop working.
Motherboard is Asus M5 A97 LE R2.0 with 16 mb ddr3 memory.

Asus M5 A97 LE R2.0....Has no heatsinks on the VRM and a poor power design can't handle the 125w 8350.

Asus website confirms that my MB is compatible with up to 8 string and 140w fx processors.
