USB Safety remove not showing only when Front Panel USB was used.

I recently built a new system with Gigabyte GA-AB350M-DS3H and a Tecware Quad Case with One USB 3.1 Gen 1 and Two USB 2.0 Front Panel USB Headers.

My problem is that every time I use these front panel USB headers, the safety remove device icon does not show on the taskbar unlike when flash drives are connected at the back panel I/Os. The flash drives connected to the front panel USB headers can be used and manually ejected on explorer though.

I'm using Windows 10 1803 with all drivers installed.

Thanks in advance for replies! :)

EDIT: Ultrafast boot is enabled. I think this might be the culprit since it might? not initialize all USB ports. Not sure.

Go to Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter and run Hardware troubleshooter...

Go to Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter and run Hardware troubleshooter.
You could also download and run Windows USB Troubleshooter from Microsoft website, it will automatically diagnose and fix Windows USB problems like the one you encountered

If that does not help, then you might need to uninstall the USB drivers.
Open Device Manager and expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers by clicking on the "+" sign.
Right click and select Uninstall for each of the devices under the USB Controller section.
Close the Device Manager and reboot.
Let Windows re-install the USB controllers.
