Question USB selector button confused

Hi! I have an Onkyo TX-SR353 AV receiver. Recently, the USB selector button on the receiver has started to react differently. When I press the USB button, it selects FM radio. And if I continue pressing, it switches between AM and FM modes or tunes through the frequencies. Any idea how I can fix this? I’m assuming the button is faulty as the remote controller functions as it should and the receiver reacts accordingly.

It's probable that issue is your button and it's depressing on the other switches behind said button. Looking through the manual for the SR353, the tuner button is right next to it, hence my assumption it's the button. Maybe you're pressing too hard on the button even.
