If I play a game, (apex, roblox, valorant so far) my mouse will randomly stop working (5s-1min after starting a game), and eventually stop completely until I restart my pc (3-10 mins after starting a game).
Mouse stays lit, replug does nothing; nothing seems wrong with the mouse; I've tried with other mice as well
Once the issue pops up, replugging any usb will break it until restart (e.g. mic, keyboard)
For the past year I've had the same six devices plugged in except for the headphones, and phone charger (both changed about two months ago)
Normally I have 6 usbs plugged in: Phone charger, Webcam, mouse, keyboard, soundblaster play 3 with vmoda boom pro plugged in, and a usb c to 3.5mm adapter + apple dongle with sennheiser 58x plugged into that. Bought my motherboard (MS-7B48) December 2018
Recent changes:
New headphones two months ago kph30i -> sennheiser 58x
New GPU one month ago (2070 -> 3060ti)
What I've tried:

USB power consumption report (deview): https://drive.google.com/file/d/19aqM1ZMCd97u3FcchnVxYNIPPv4FJH3G/view?usp=sharing
I only printed the entries that showed power usage, this is with 4 USBs plugged in (mouse, mic, keyboard, headphones)
How can I tell if it's a power issue and would a powered usb hub help?
DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/SqSLaUia
Specs:
Windows 10 64 Bit
Motherboard: MS-7B48
GPU: 3060ti
Ram: 16Gb 3200 MHz
CPU: Intel i7-8700k 3.7GHz
PSU: Corsair TX750
I have no idea what else to do from this point, I can't find anything else about this online

What I've tried:
- Unplugging less important usbs (webcam, phone charger)
- Restore point to 8/4. This problem started around 8/14-15
- Disabling USB selective suspend setting in power options
- Updating motherboard chipset
- Troubleshooter in devices and printers on mouse, keyboard, monitor, usb-c to 3.5 adapter, sound blaster play 3
- Driver easy scan & update
- Malwarebytes scans, nothing found
- Manual Update: USB root hub, host controller & USB Composite Devices
- Uninstalling + unplugging all devices and restarting
- Unchecking "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
- Windows USB Troubleshooter "The USB Controller is in a failed state or is not currently installed. The USB Controller must be installed or in a working state for this troubleshooter to run"
