Question USB turns off/on using samsung tethering

Hi,

When i plug in my Samsung S8 to tether internet, it works after i started the pc. I have a Ethernet connection and life is good. But after 30 seconds to a minute the USB port will turn of. After a while it will turn on again, but the internet does not work anymore.
In the past I could use the thetered connection without many issues.

i tried this to fix the issue, nothing worked:

or:
I used all the USB-Prots on my PC: It either does not work at all or same issue

or: I can theter with the same USB-Cabel on my laptop...

so its not just a driver issue (i think)...
actually I have no Idea, thats why I seek your help!

Might want to include the make and model of your PSU. You should ideally be on the latest BIOS version since you're running Windows 10. That being said, which version of the BIOS are you on for your motherboard?

Ok I updated my Information to BIOS and PSU. It seems to be the newest (stable) version of the BiOs (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-990XA-UD3-rev-31/support#support-dl-bios)
