[SOLVED] USB Type C Header?

Hi everyone, I'm soon going to be doing a build in the O11 dynamic, and with an ASRock B550 Taichi motherboard.
I haven't ever worked with USB Type C unless it was on the motherboard, so I was wondering if there was some special type of cable/header needed for it and if so, would it work on my B550 Taichi?

It is a specific header. That motherboard has the header, from the motherboards web page
