OK.So I've been searching for solutions all day.I found many, but nothing worked for me.The thing is that when I plug my USB in it shuts off by itself withing 5 seconds or so.So I can't recover it with programs or from disk manager.I've tried it on another computer and still nothing.
P.S This all happened after I tried to make my USB bootable with Rufus.
Please help because I'm going nuts.

Solution
Use Diskpart to Clean the drive.

Then go to Disk management and make a new partition.

Also what i meant was when you use Rufus, there is a drop down menu for MBR for Legacy, MBR for Legacy/uEFI, and GPT for uEFI. It will format for MBR/GPT use from that menu.

I can't format the drive so that I can know what type of a boot I'm using. But I went to cmd because I tried converting between those two and when I tried converting into MBR it said: Virtual Disk Service error:
The specified disk is not convertible because the size is less than
the minimum size required for GPT disks. When I tried converting into GPT it said: The disk you specified is not MBR formatted.
Please select an empty MBR disk to convert.
And as I said my usb shuts down by itself when i plug it.
