Usb windows 10 problem

So I downloaded windows 10 and used rufus to create a bootable version of windows 10 on my usb. However my monitor still reads "Reboot or Select proper boot device".

did you set UEFI USB as 1st item in Boot Priority? followed by boot drive, always helps to have 2 as some motherboards act odd if neither choice works.

turn off secure boot as well.
