USB windows not recongonize

USB won't work on toshiba laptop C855-S5345 have done the troubleshooting, device manager etc... what should I do? All the ports work accept the printer usb.

Need some details here, what USB won't work? You said the ports work so what does not work? Some printer? Did you test that cable and printer on another computer? Try another cable?
