Question USB wireless mouse only works on laptop when two USB wireless mice are plugged in ?

Hello, I have a weird problem with my USB wireless mouse on my laptop.
For some reason, my USB wireless mouse only works on my laptop when I plug in two USB wireless mice into the laptop., in which case they both work.

But as soon as I I unplug one of them, the other one stops working.

I have tried the following:

• Restarting computer
• In Device Manager, uninstalling mouse and USB controller

Any help is appreciated

if you plug in one wireless USB adapter, is the second mouse off while trying the other mouse?
bluetooth or radio transmitter used?

which mice are you using ?
