Question USB xHCI Controller Host won't start Code 10: An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function + USB failures

It's been happening since i changed all my hardware including motherboard. I've tried reinstalling the driver through Device Manager but it won't work.

Another issue that happens is that my Wi-Fi adapter will stop working everytime i start a game, no matter which one and will stay like that until i close it. I'm also having issues where i can't plug my headphones into one of the USB 3.0 ports and my kbm fails intermittently while in game.
