Okay so I built my pc and all the USB ports were working and I was able to use it and I went to the bios and was just checking it out and then tried getting the windows installer on my flash drive but it didn’t work for some reason so I waited till the next and my friend gave me a flash drive with it and when I go put the flash drive in my keyboard or mouse we’re not working like none of the USB ports worked and they were working the night before and I didn’t touch it till I can back from school so I just don’t know why it’s not working plz someone help
My motherboard is a gigabyte b450m ds3h

Your motherboard bios has a USB blocker. It's like you inadvertently enabled the blockers, thinking you where enabling the ports. Go back into your bios and check the USB blockers (there is a menu of your USB ports) are all disabled. Either that, or you have a defective MB.

I don’t know if I can go to the bios bc I can’t use a keyboard or anything and I do remember turning something on in the bios but I didn’t know what it was but all the fans work and the motherboard lights are on and everything was working perfectly fine when I first booted it up

What manner of keyboard/mouse are you using. I read into it a little more and the blocked USB ports will not usually block a keyboard or mouse, unless they are identifying them as something else; but it will block a usb drive. If you are using a keyboard with a usb port and a usb drive is still in the keyboard, take it out. Are your mouse/keyboard wireless?

I have a razer black widow, and when I put in a flash drive a blue light turns on and then shuts off on the flash drive it’s like it gives power but cuts it or just doesn’t give enough idk it’s weird how it just stopped

Flash drive may be bad, or you put it in funny and fried the motherboard.

Unhook all the USB devices, unplug the computer, remove the CMOS battery and hold in the power button for about 15 seconds. Plug things back in and see if it works. From the sound of things you don't have Windows installed yet correct, just a new computer build? You have the standoffs installed in the case for the motherboard mounting correct?

If you enabled the USB block, when you plug in the USB drive, the BIOs will turn off the USB port. Leave out the USD drive and try to boot to the BIOS. As mentioned, either you have a bad USB drive, or you enabled the USB block, either way you need to remove the USB and go from there.
