use 8gb ram completely,use 2 gb graphics card which is unrecognised

intel i5(6th generation)
1 TB memory
i have recently got a hp imprint laptop with 8 gb ram,2 gb graphics card in dos version.Then i have tried to install windows 8 64 bit,but somehow windows 8 32 bit got installed automatically.
now it says that only 1.91 gb ram is usable and it does recognise the 2gb graphics card.
so how can i use the complete 8 gb ram and my graphics card.
please suggest a solution!!
