[SOLVED] Use cellphone, work on tablet/PC

My vision is becoming impaired and using my S9+ cell phone apps is becoming difficult. I hope to be able to connect this to a Win10 pc/tablet which I could use as a visual aide. Hard wired is no problem.
Problem becomes when I want to interact (type etc) on the PC/tab on the android app. I would appreciate help in a solution

Depending on the app or website, have you tried "casting" to your TV or PC?

With Windows 10, and some Android phones, you can see whether Microsoft' "My Phone" app will work for you.

Another option, apart from casting: Some Android phones support direct connection to an HDMI display thru a dongle. Pair a Bluetooth mouse / keyboard to the phone for navigating.
