Hello,
I have a question related to why I can't use my integrated GPU over the dedicated one. To clear up my question, I have a PC I'll be using for 3d cad software. And I thought about putting a GPU I had laying around in it, but use it just for ram and the processing power it has, without physically plugging a monitor into it as I have a good enough integrated graphics card. Regarding the dedicated GPU it's a nvidia nvs 300, super old I know, but that's what I have to work with.
The problem is, when I plug that card in the pc, even though I have the monitor plugged in the integrated GPU, it doesn't want to post. If I pull the card out, everything works perfectly.
Does my idea even work or not ?
Thanks in advance
Roland
