Question Use Nvidia as main GPU when Intel Graphics is activated

Hi,

Here is the case.

I just bought a monitor wich I have conected to the graphics card (NVIDIA GTX 1050ti) via HDMI (it only has 1 HDMI port and 1 VGA) and I want to use an old TV as a secondary monitor.
Since my GPU only has 1 HDMI port and 1 DVI and the TV only has 2 HDMI ports I decided to activate intel graphics on the BIOs and conect the TV to the HDMI on the motherboard (MSI H270M Bazooka ) and everything works fine.
Windows shows both GPUs but even tho I have the monitor set as my main screen and I game on it it always use the integrated graphics instead of NVIDIA.

I have tried looking on the BIOS for an option to make one GPU as default over the other but didn't find anything and everywhere I look they say that the GPU used should be the one that is conected to that specific monitor running the game but in my case both monitors use intel graphics and the NVIDIA GPU sits at 0% even when gaming.

Any ideas for solving this issue?
