Used gaming codes

I bought some pc steam and origin games from ebay, but all the games are registered with the previous owner's account. How can I install these games?
Here is the list of the games:
COD Black Ops 2
Medal Of Honor Warfighter
Rage
Crysis 3
Borderlands 2

Once a steam or origin game connect to an account, they are forever attached to it. If the person on ebay sold you steam and origin keys that had already been used or games that are on disc but have already been connected to thier account, I suggest you ask for your money back from them as you will never be able to play them.

You can't play them unless you buy a new key for each of them or use the previous owner's account. In the future do not buy pre-owned PC games.
