I'm planning to play mainly E-Sports titles on this PC. My dilemma is in between these builds, which one has the best value for money?

First build:
Pentium G4560 @$51 (New)
MSI H110M Pro-VH Plus @37 (New)
8GB (1x8) 2133MHz DDR4 @60 (Used, 2 weeks warranty)
Sapphire RX 460 2GB @82 (Used, 2 years warranty)
Seasonic Eco 430w @44 (New)
Kingston A400 240GB SSD @53 (New)
Case @33 (New)
Total: $360

Second build:
i5-2500 & Acer H61 Mobo @$70 (Used, a week warranty)
8GB (1x8) Kingston Hyper DDR3 @48 (New)
RX 560 2GB @102-109 (Used, 1 year warranty)
Seasonic Eco 430w @44 (New)
Kingston A400 240GB SSD @54 (New)
Case @33 (New)
Total: $351

Third build:
i5-2500 & Acer H61 Mobo @$70 (Used, a week warranty)
8GB (1x8) Kingston Hyper DDR3 @48 (New)
Sapphire RX 460 2GB @82 (Used, 2 years warranty)
Seasonic Eco 430w @44 (New)
Kingston A400 240GB SSD @54 (New)
Case @33 (New)
Total: $331

In my country, Nvidia graphic cards' prices are ridiculous, so my options are only from the red side. Also I'm planning to get a Freesync monitor. My maximum budget is $360. I'm a very tight budget, so every penny matters, I would be happy if you could suggest a better option for $360.

^That's exactly what I said, G4560 will likely have the same performance or might slightly outperform the i5 2500 in LoL and CS:GO because these games are rather light on the CPU. If you're mainly going to be playing LoL and CS:GO then I would actually highly recommend the G4560 build, you can upgrade to a higher end 6th/7th gen CPU any time later and see a massive performance increase, especially in the other titles you mentioned.
The i5 build will beat the G4560 in most fields, all the advantage the G4560 will have is it's decent single core performance and that it's on a newer gen, personally I'd stick with the G4560 build since you could invest in maybe a 6th or 7th generation i5.
But if you plan to stick with the build for a while, I'd go with the 2500, putting some overclock on it and it will still hold up in most modern titles, that would be if you had a more powerful graphics card.

Hard to say really, CPUs don't have an estimated life span. But any modern CPU will run for years until you do something to break it, like mess around with it's voltage.
You really don't have to worry about it dying though, as long as it doesn't arrive faulty it won't be dying any time soon.

Yeah, that does makes sense... But since its warranty is only for a week, should I go with the G4560 build? Because I only going to play E-sports games on it (LoL,CSGO,and probably GTA V,PUBG, and Fortnite) and light editing

I wouldn't recommend it, it will probably have trouble running the last 3 titles you mentioned, since they are in fact CPU intensive, while the i5 2500 will hold up nicely.

Actually, the majority of E-Sport titles indeed in fact CPU intensive, especially relies on the single-core performance. I have two close friends, friend A owns i5-8400 + GTX 970 and the friend B owns i7-4790 + GTX 1070. And the friend A gets more FPS on LoL and CS:GO. But talking about G4560 vs i5-2500, do you think G4560 will beat i5-2500 on LoL and CS:GO? Because the G4560 does have a faster single-core speed than the i5-2500, and LoL & CS:GO are my main games, I don't think I will play GTA V, PUBG, or Fortnite more often than those 2 titles.

Ok I'm now more confident with my choice on G4560. Also, I noticed that you're actually the same guy from my previous thread, thanks a lot to keep helping me, really appreciate it.

Happy to help, and yeah I noticed it was you right after I saw this thread ;D
