I've got a second hand gpu, package looked ok I did not noticed any damage on the card. I tested the card on my mobo before I put all the stuff in to the pc case.
After I tried to screw in the gpu bracket I realized that something doesnot looks good, gpu gave no signal to monitor

I layed down the pc than got signal again, I finished all the win updates and stuff then turned back the pc to standing position and I've got some screen glitches - green lines, squares etc..

I tried to loosen up the card a bit and leave it as it is

it worked till I had to restart pc again. I tried to run furmark but it crashed, I had to reinstall the GPU driver again when I could get back to windows:

Then I tried to put something below the gpu to fix the sag, looks like it helped, because I was able to run furmark without any issue

the card seems to be a little bended upwards in around the bracket:

so, what now? Am I scammed? The previous owner said it was running fine without any issue....

Most likely just mounting problem compounded by thin pcb and loose PCIe slot. Check how deep is in the slot, maybe not all the way in. Sag is usually not a big immediate problem but pcb can develop cracks if excessive during long time, See if you can prop it up some more secure way. There are even special brackets for that problem.
