I have an MSI GTX 680, and this card is not supported on citrix xen server 6.2 ( GPU pass-through is the purpose) because the VGA bios is larger then 64kB so it can't handle. What happen if I replace the original VGA bios to a different vendors bios, like Gigabyte instead of MSI???
It will damage or what should I expect after this change?

Very bad, always use BIOS from the same manufacturer. Motherboard components and anything in expansion slots could be damaged when using incorrect BIOS. I don't mean smoke coming out, we're talking never starting up again. GPU's are always supported even in basic drivers on servers, you can check Nvidia's site for reference. Good luck!
