Usename and password not appearing in winlogon screen

i just installed a software to fix registry , after i used it it deleted some files , and now when i turn on the pc , the blue screen appears with the windows xp logo but there's no username and password i cant use the pc , i tried to press twice the ctrl+alt+del but nothing happened ! i dont want to format the pc , is there a way i can bypass it to resotre to a previous date ? and remove the stupid software (glary utilities)

Try booting into safe mode (F8 as soon as Windows starts loading), if that works do a system restore; if you can't get into safe mode, contact the people who supplied the utilities, it has probably scrambled your registry.

i tried in safe mode and everything but the same screen appeared , i fixed it by repairing windows thanks , i'll write a review about this software :s
