User Account Control

Hello everybody. I am a normal user in my work domain, and when I try to "run as administrator" it doesn't shows me the notification "user account control " to type the administrator pass. When I "run as administrator" it opens normally and tries to install the program. After a while, shows me the notification "this package failed to install. Can anyone help me to show that user account control, so I could enter the password and install the program I want?????

It's a work domain, normal users don't have admin rights on the desktops. You should really be talking to your IT department.

Yes I know that is a normal user, but I want to install something to my profile, and I have the Administrator password, but I can't install because of the explanation before.
