User account not working

I have a laptop that I want to have two sign in accounts on, one being my own and another for a friend. I can create both accounts fine, my account works perfectly fine as an admin, but when I try to login to my friends account, it seems to login and then straight back out before even getting to the desktop, I tried recreating the account and got a bit further, but when I finally got into it, I couldn't do anything, couldn't open the start menu, or open any programs.

Anyone got any ideas as to why this is happening?

What version of win10 are you using and how are you creating a user account.

What version of win10 are you using and how are you creating a user account.

Windows 10 Home. I tried doing it from the setting menu and the accounts tab, I also tried doing it from the control panel. Neither options seemed to work.
