I am trying to export or get a list of users in our
windows 2000 domain. What is the best way to get this?

On the server or an administrative workstation, open Active Directory
Users and Computers console. Expand the console until you are at the
level of the Organization Unit that contains your user accounts.
Right-click on it and select Export List.
