Question User Profile Service Error on Mac Using Windows 7

I have a Mac that has Windows 7 on it. I cannot sign in to the computer because it keeps giving me the error "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." I am logging on through a domain. I don't know if it's better to re-install Windows 7 or try to upgrade it to Windows 10.

That is the error of a corrupted user profile. What is the exact model of your Mac?

Do you have more than your user profile on this system? Like an admin account? If so, you may be able to recover your files and create a new profile.
