Event id 1508 Windows was unable to load the registry. This problem is often caused by insufficient memory or insufficient security rights.

DETAIL - The configuration registry database is corrupt.
for C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\\UsrClass.dat

i keep getting this error and it casues my pc to crash any fixes? ??

Yeah, the fix is to re-image your machine with recovery disks. Unless you happen to be technically proficient, and had logged in with another user account on your machine with administrator rights to do a profile rebuild.

you see i have tried refreshing my windows but its now saying nothing was changed and that theres a error its just problem after problem...

Yeah, then you need to do a complete re-install of windows; if a refresh fails to work. There's two options in recovery, a full re-install which deletes all files or a refresh.

You should always do referesh first, if that fails you have to nuke all of your files sadly. Or you can swap it with another harddrive and set another one as the primary drive and install windows on that and then pull as much files as you can from the disk later.

damn :/ i have way too much stuff on this hard drive to just delete it so im just gonna have to stick with this problem i guess.

Or you can buy another internal harddrive, install Windows back on to it and then either get a USB mount for internal harddrives to make it external and copies the files manually in Windows.
