Userbench Score Question

So for my User Bench score my CPU got the score "Performing way above expectations", GPU got "Performing below expectations" and it's overclocked and very close to the average score. SSD, HDD, and external HDD all failed the test, and RAM was "Performing way above expectations" as it's overclocked. So why did my storage drives all fail the test? And should I be alarmed by my GPU? It does only run at max 97-sometimes 98% usage, and drops in a lot of games, when benchmarks I see identical to my system should be at 99% usage. Help would be very appreciated.

PC Specs:
-RTX 2070 oc
-Ryzen 5 1600 oc@3.75Ghz
-16GB RAM 3200Mhz
-750w 80+ Platnium PSU

Solution
Userbench is not a usefull Benchmark to be honest. I like that side if i want a very rought understanding about performance difference but nothing more. If you want to Benchmark your System you should go with popular Benchmarks like Cinebench R15 for CPU, Superposition Benchmark for GPU or Firestrike
