[SOLVED] UserBenchmark says my PC is underperforming

Solution
First, realize that this is simply a benchmark and may not indicate real-world performance.

For whatever reason you have 51% background CPU usage. I would try to see what's going on there and try to disable some background processes. However, that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Your other components are just slightly under what the average is for them. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Just ensure you have XMP enabled for your RAM and that's about all.

If you really want to test your GPU then you should run a DX11/DX12 benchmark such as 3DMark Firestrike or TimeSpy.

Solution
Your ssd is running really slowly. Check to make sure your bios is set to achi mode and that the utlity for it is up to date. I agree with Volgren you have too many things running in background while using this benchmark. Use task manager to see what is running and disable them before running benchmark. Check that your memory is in slot 2 and 4, it says you are not running in dual channel mode.
