I currently live in a flat(apartment for USA peeps) I have Cable internet which is unlimited use by Virgin Media. I get 100Mb download and 4mb Upload, however my friend who lives upstairs has BT which i can wirelessly get 15 Mb upload speeds.

I game alot and i know Upload speeds obviously is whats needed for Live streaming gameplay effectively. Can i use My own BB for Download, and wirelessly use my friends BT ISP BB for Uploading?

Or should i just turn off my own BB when live-steaming? He gets 76Mb Download speeds.
I game AAA Fps games and world of Warships using an Elgato HD60 Pro, I also use Xsplit.
I like to stream @ either 720p 60fps, or 1080p 30 fps.

Kind Regards

It can work if you are very careful to run some traffic on one connection and other traffic on the other. Almost all internet sites will assume traffic coming from different IP addresses are different users. If for example you were to log into a game authentication server on one IP and then attempt to connect to the actual game server on the other it will be detected as hacking.

Although it appears you have little choice wifi is not your best option for streaming or games. Both do not tolerate very well random data latency you get on wifi due to random interference.
