Absolutely, yes.
I have FiOS, and use one of those to provide ethernet upstairs.

So...
Coax from the ONT to the router and FiOS STB, right?
If all of the house coax flows back to that same coax...simply put another splitter where you want that MOCA device.
1 leg to the MOCA, the other leg to whatever TV or STB is in that room.

Cat5e out from that MOCA to your PC, or to a switch for multiple systems.

I have 75/75 FiOS, and can't tell...
