I've been trying to get through this for a while now and nothing seems to work.
Here's what I have and what I've been trying to do.
I have:
1) Windows 10 PC connected to internet directly through ethernet (no router or modem connection)
2) ExpressVPN connection in PC
3) USB wireless adapter which supports hosted network function (checked through command prompt)
I am trying to share VPN connection to all my devices.
The way I see it there are 2 options for this.
1) Connect PC directly to internet and share using USB wifi dongle (Multiple Connection)
2) Connect PC with wifi dongle and share via LAN cable (Single Connection)
Option 1 is the obvious target since I can connect all my devices with wifi easily
I have tried:
1) Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot
1-a) Tried "Adapter Setting" -> "Property" for ExpressVPN connection -> "Shared" Tab -> Check "Allow this network to be accessed form other users" -> Select Networking Connection "Hotspot"
1-b) The hotspot showed in other devices but could not connect (It says "connecting" on my phone and fails immediately
1-c) Hotspot connection status shows no connection of IPV4 or IPV6 and no packets sent or received
2) netsh wlan setup
2-a) Similar steps to 1)
2-b) Result is the same
3) Create connection bridge between VPN and wifi adapter
3-a) Totally failed (Don't even know what was going on..)
I know that this is possible because I followed the tutorial from ExpressVPN

The reason why I need VPN shared is because I am in a restricted area with services like Google not accessible without VPN. It's a pain trying to do anything without VPN around here..
