using a radiator to discharge?

Can i just keep touching my radiator when building my pc? Will this discharge any static on me?

It should, but it depends. If you are touching the paint of the radiator, then maybe no. If you are touching the corroded/rusted part of the radiator, then maybe no.
And if it is a central heating radiator, of course (if the hot water pipes go from the radiator to ground).

The pipes on the side look like they are bare metal and go into the ground, so d you reckon that'll be fine?

Yes. You can also try. Produse some static electricity (using some sweater or something) and then touch the pipe to see if you can feel the spark. If so, you can use it.

That's a good idea thanks, also If it doesn't work can i keep touching a bare part of my case, or does my case need to be grounded for it to work?

It needs to be grounded, yes.
