Is there any way to do this? I've seen programs like synergy that allow me to control the laptop with my mouse. But I want the other way around. I want to be able to use the touchscreen with things from my desktop? Possibly even using my desktops power? Pretty much I want to be able to use my laptop as a secondary display for my desktop, while still being able to use the touchscreen capabilities.

Could I use something like teamviewer? I wouldn't mind having just a way to have touchscreen support on my monitor. Even if its from an external source. Does teamviewer have touchscreen support? Also is it quick enough for me to play games etc.. With the touchscreen?

It might work on an Alienware which I believe has a HDMI In/OUT. So a HDMI cable out of the desktop might display. I've been forums where people were asking about HDMI in ports since most laptop have HDMI out for using on a TV.
