Using a wired PC gaming headset w/ mic on a USB Type-C phone?

Do they make an adapter that will allow you to connect both the 3.5mm headphone + 3.5mm microphone connectors into it, and the other end having a USB-C connector that will plug directly into a phone such as a Moto Z2 Force(does not have a headphone jack, just the USB-C connector on the bottom)?

Yes the phone came with that Motorola USB-C to 3.5mm adapter... but wasn't sure if getting something like that splitter adapter on Amazon you mentioned + the Moto adapter together would work. I suppose for only $7.99 it's worth a try.

I've been trying to find a dual 3.5mm direct to usb-c, but couldn't find anything.
