So I realized after building my system that I accidentally used my AIO pump headers for my system exhaust, so my motherboard incorrectly identifies the fans as the AIO pump. I have the ROG Strix Z790-H motherboard, and I was wondering if there is a way to manually reassign the header as a fan header, because the AIO header allows for better cable management (which is probably the reason I accidentally plugged into it in the first place.) I doubt this is possible, but if it were, it seems like it might allow me the opportunity to limit system noise, while maintaining optimal temperatures. Obviously I don't need the header for the AIO pump because my CPU is air cooled.
If this isn't an option, should I switch the exhaust fans over to the fan header or just leave it as is?
Thank you in advance for your feedback!
