Using all four slots in dual channel

my cpu and mobo is dual channel supported so is there any problem for using all four slots with memory.
Now it is 2 x 4gb sticks. i want to add another 8 or 4 gb sticks will there any problem or stability issues.

if there the same brand and speed most times there no issue. some times with all sticks filled you may have to bump up the dram voltage a little.

i will go same brand same frequency, same CAS.
but what u mean by voltage problem.
the ram dont gets enough voltage?

ddr3 ram is 1.5 stock. with 4 dimms loading the ram backs the voltage may dip below 1.5v volts. in the bios you may have to raise the dram voltage to 1.6 if the pc not stable.

it up to the cpu and chipset. most times it the newer chipsets and cpu like all the skylake cpu mb that say d3 are low power ddr3.
